Smartphone : A black truth | Your privacy is gone

Your privacy is gone | Violent reality of smartphone

Hey guys !

What about you ! I am sure you all are fine.

In this article, I am going to tell you about , what we expect from our mobile phones and what are their reality. How your privacy is gone. I’ll also tell you some facts which is unknown by most of the people.

So, let’s start…

As we all know mobile phone become a big part of our life. We can’t imagine life without mobile phone.
Isn’t it ?

In fact that a person spend approximately 5 to 6 hours a day on their smart phones and approximately ¼ part of his/her life. I’m not sure about this ratio. Maybe, this ratio exceeds in Covid-19 period.

Today, people use smart phone like a addiction. Slowly-slowly we are depending on it. It just like smart phones rules us.
Have you ever seen 2 or 3 years old children to use mobile like elders. It is really amazing but also bad for future because it’s a addiction and will bring lot of problems like pain in neck, eye weakness, pain in fingers and much more.

Most of the parents give smart phones to their children in young age. Even, they don’t want to know, what does they doing with their smart phones.
I’m not telling that every under age use it for wrong intention. But, in many case mobile cause negative effect. Not on under ages but also all type of ages.

In every month, I think 2+ new smart phones being launched by the companies with advance features and technologies.
Recently, iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 pro launched.
Have you ever seen smart phones launch advertisements. The advertisers play with your mind. They make effective ads and show features to trap public. And public will easily trapped by them. I think there best trap is attract public by showing smart phone cameras with more megapixels and fast processor etc.
By seeing many advance features many of us purchased it.
How smart phone technically harm us?
Do you know “ your smart phone know about you or what’s going on in your life”. Which is sufficient for blackmailers to blackmail you!

Let’s make it simple,

Ask a question to your self “ what daily things you do in your smart phone”?

Let me guess!

Spend time on social media.
Search queries on internet. [It maybe private for you]
Sometimes you captured images, use net banking and store your personal data i.e., your private images, chats, passwords and so on.
Almost every person use smart phones can do any one of these activities and your all activities are stored in your phone. That’s how you can imagine that “ How much your phone harm you, if it will stolen or hacked”.
When you are online your all information i.e., search queries, images, chats, personal documents, financial documents, private chats and even much more information are stored in your smart phone.
Now, many people tell that “we delete our personal chats, info and activities from browser and phone after a period of time”.
How our data history can be stored on internet after deleting?
Many smart phones user delete their browser’s history for example, their search activities and other online data from browser they use. Yes, it is true, we delete history of our online activity, because every one wants privacy. But “ Internet is a place where no one activity can be deleted, it saves permanently on server”. When you delete your past browser’s activity, it will only delete from your mobile phone not on server. And your Internet Service Provider (ISP) also trace a full record of your activity logs.

How our information (i.e., contact number etc.) automatically leak on Internet?
It has many reasons,

Let’s take some ones,

Did you ever download any application in your phone?

Off course…

Every smart phone user download many kinds of applications (Apps). Downloading application isn’t much effect on smart phone, but the main game starts when you run any harmful application on your smartphone. Normally, in new application you takes some steps to setup it. In these setup step you ever seen a popup notification like them. 👇👇👇

Have you ever think what happen when you click on “Allow” button?

Let me clear,

By these notification many application (mostly application) want to access your particular file or information i.e., contact number, images galley or much more. They use your information to provide you better experience.
But, are all third party applications trustable? Maybe, many third party application leaks your data or sell/give to someone else…
Normally, most of the people ignore these notification and click on “Allow”.
That’s how you give access to third party applications or website of any file or particular area. And know one knows what these third party application can do on background. Some are trusted but many leaks your information.
Now, I’m not force you to don’t use third party applications. Use them but only trusted applications.

"Many application in your smart phones continuously running, even when you close your mobile phone".

Internet is vast store of harmful application, websites, viruses etc. No one knows what is the purpose to make them. Many of them make only to hack your phone or other devices. Many companies gives you security for a safe search.

Second reason,

You yourself give your personal information…

How can it be possible?

The simple answer of this question is social media. Social media is becoming trend. Social media connects you to the world. It helps small business or setups to reach to the new customers. You know better than me about social media.

Many people don’t know how to use social media. They share their whole activity that what are they doing a day. Selfie is world wide trend. People take selfie and post on social media and also mention what are doing, on where they going, their relationship…

In extra, they use #tag to make it easy.

#my friends, #my school, #my life, #my mom, #my dad, #my brother, #my sister, #my love, #my family, # my wife, #my husband, #my home, #holiday, #shopping, #birthdayparty, #trip, #office, #Amazon, #facebook, #whatsapp, #twitter, #instagram, #wechat, #youtube…
Are these #tag make easy to know about anyone’s personal information. When #tag use with images and short description, at what level anyone’s personal information upload on internet. Now it is not personal because thousands of social media look it.

Do you know a trending news, image, chat so on spreads like fire ?

Social media account hacked cases is normal. Many of social media user’s account hacked by the hackers, daily.
I’m not telling don’t use social media, but be serious about your privacy. Use it at a limit.
Use some precaution:-

Don’t share your personal information on social media.
Make sure your account is protected with password.
Change your social media password after every week or month.
Choose a unique and strong password.
Check time to time that your social media account isn’t hack.
Internet is connected to your smart phones. May be any one is watching you by your smart phone camera. Be serious about your privacy.

Today, your smart phone is just like a key of your private or sensitive information’s room. Any one use it against you, to unlock your sensitive information’s room. Any one use your smart phone as a weapon against you. Never leave your smart phone for a single minute in unknown place. Make sure your smart phone is secured with password. Smart is just like a machine or device. Use it as a machine. I suggest you, don’t give it more importance then relatives or friends.

Sports vs Games: Similarities and Differences | Routine Tec

Sport vs Games : difference and similarities

Hey everyone, I am  going to compare two things together and  this isn't me trying to sway in one  direction or another in fact I would  actually like a lot of input and  comments on to what you guys think as to  this particular subject  so this subject that I'm going to be  talking about is sports versus video  games like what are the differences and  how are they actually a lot alike. One of the first things that we need to  actually ask ourselves is what exactly  is a sport when the word sport came  about it was considered pastime  entertainment something that you do out  of leisure. it since then has grown  into like this whole new word and it  kind of depends on what civilization  you're looking at if you're looking at  Western civilization where everything is  all about football and baseball.

Everyone thinks sport means that you  know everyone's got to always be  physically trained and things like that  but the thing is if the International  Olympic Committee considers chess a  sport how exactly are we pushing the bar  with the word sport here like what direction are we heading with the  whole sports thing. Do we really need to  do all that training to have something  called a sport and if so if everything  is physically if everything revolves  around being physically and mentally  adept if there's a type of game out  there that requires you to be incredibly  mentally up debt and the brain itself is  a physical part of your body if you've  been doing nothing but training your  brain in order to get better at this  particular game wouldn't that also be  some strange form of physical training  especially if you're eating things like  brain food making sure that you eat  things that are healthy for brain  development constantly  training day and night to go ahead and  get things done and then at the other  end of that is the hand-eye  coordination.

If you're good at video  games it's not necessarily you just  looking at a screen and pointing and  clicking there's reaction times involves  your hands your controls whatever you're  using needs to be top-notch  now I'm not saying you know they go out  there and then they wait lift or  anything like that but they constantly  have to play in order to get good at  whatever they're doing and it's not  necessarily just with video games as  other games as well  jetsam and not to mention the  statistics and the numbers think about  it like this if you look at fantasy  football right if you look at fantasy  football and there's nothing but numbers  on this massive chart how is that any  different from looking at massive  numbers for say an RPG or Jetsam any  other kind of game you can think of if  it's all numbers and statistics if  you're thinking hey look this running  backs going to get this many yards and  all this other kind of stuff well what's to say that this character is not  going to I don't know kill this many  things or what's to say that this guy  has this many home runs and this guy has  so much defence that he could I don't  know block so many attacks it's all just  a numbers game the only thing that  separates sports from being called  sports officially is luck if the game  itself relies on luck as an actual  element of the game then it is not a  sport and that's a good  example would be poker some people  consider poker to be a sport but we all  know that card games kind of do have  that that luck thrown in there sure  there is definitely some skill involved  especially with reading your opponent's  but what's drawn from the deck though  was entirely luck based it's is no  longer skill that's not up to you.

That's why pokers not really a sport but  chess is because there is no luck it's  skill versus skill a man and to  think so many times that there have been  video games based off of sports there was even a board game based office  of football and American football and  was called Blood Bowl and they're  actually coming out with a video game of  it later it's a turn-based  football game and you know it's like  orcs and elves and dwarves and all  this other kind of stuff and they're all  these different factions and stuff  playing turn-based football and it's all  dice rolls and stuff the dice rolls are  definitely luck but on the other hand  you got to give them credit for doing  their best to adapt it over another one  of those strange things that we have to  figure out whenever we're playing sports  or video games is sometimes we got to  figure out who goes first who makes a  move first whether it be a coin toss  or a dice roll it doesn't really matter  you're still relying on this slight bit  of chance to see who gets to pick what  decision is going to happen start the  game there's also the critical thinking  skills and plans how are you  supposed to defeat your opponent if you  don't plan things out it goes on both  ends that's why there are coaches with  play books there are there are people  out there with like Dungeons and Dragons  and tired books upon books of stuff on  things that you can do in things that  you can figure out there's so  many things that you need adjust for as  well there's massive amounts of critical  thinking skills on both ends not to  mention.

There's also the endorsements  that come from being a professional on  both ends it doesn't matter what you're  doing if you're a professional for any  type of entertainment I'm pretty sure  you can get an endorsement and the thing is that you're looking at commercials  for you know Nike and I  don't know PowerAde and whatnot and  you're thinking wow look at all those  athletes look at all those people that  I've seen do amazing things before but  then you also have on  other end the whole video game and game  people like oh yeah look there a no  there in an ad for a specific computer  part or a mouse or a keyboard or type a  controller or some type of food or  whatever they train their  asses off to get where they were they  either have natural talent or they've  been training their asses off and  speaking of professionalism drug  bands the thing is that the actual you  know official sports stuff doesn't allow  you know people who take drugs steroids  things like that they actually you know  the big leagues and it's kind of  happening in the video game world there  are actual drug tests for video game  tournaments now because they want to be  taken seriously they don't want to be  this laughingstock anymore not that long  ago what was at ESPN I think try to show  a MOBA and it didn't really go so well  with the feedback from a lot of the fans  because they're like whoa are you are  you guys showing a video game as a sport  LOL this is stupid all those  stupid tweets that people send out and  they they're not really thinking about  it from a good perspective they keep  thinking that a sport is all about just  big buff guys doing whatever and it's  not really the case anymore because  we've branched out let's see there's  also the practice them the massive  amounts of practice I said this earlier  there's so much practice that  needs to go into both ends sports and  video games  how about this you're going to  get a good laugh out of this in South  Korea we all know South Korea is big on  real time strategy games massive on  real-time strategy they love it they  worship people who are good at real-time  strategy games and believe it or not  believe it or not they actually have  government-funded maids that go  over to the I'm going to call them an  athlete just for the sake of argument  they send them over to the  athletes house or apartment to clean  their house their clothes cook them food  do whatever is necessary so they can  actually so the athlete could actually  spend more time playing the game and  practice that's how serious they take it  it's not a joke to them it's a  legitimate sport to them and we can't as  I guess as a civilization say hey look  they're just stupid and crazy whatever  it's just video games.

I don't think you  understand just how fast of a rate these  people are playing these video games if  you would have watched them actually  play with their hands on the keyboard  you would have no idea what's going on  because they're just so into it not to  mention that the fan base the fan bases  are all the same the fan bases are all  the same any merchandise that comes out  they want to eat it up they want to wear  jerseys for their favourite teams they  want to represent their favourite country  they want to you know they want all the products that the  professionals have it's the fan bases  are pretty much entirely the same I mean  don't even buy trading cards there are  trading cards for professional game  players but jetsam the only thing that I  can really honestly wholeheartedly call  a difference is a muscle that's it  that's it if both if both video games  and sports require both athletes to be  at their peak mental capacity and then  one sport and the sports aisle requires  them to be muscular fine that's what  that particular sport does it requires  them to be muscular but video games on  the other hand this particular sport  doesn't require them to be muscular it  only requires them to be at the top of  their mental game the entire time that's  it you're changing out a little bit of  your brain power for muscle or you  can trade out your muscle for more that  brain power that's it  that is the only  differences that I've been able to  conjure up in my mind as to what could  potentially make video games and in in  Western sports all that different  ears there's not really a whole lot like  I've pointed out and this this rant  wasn't really to side with one but I I I  don't understand where people are coming  from when they say that video games  can't be sports it's just it can be you  just you I don't want to sound like a  dick here but you just don't know what  you're talking about  and there's so many factors  and stuff like that that could be I  guess thrown in especially with oh  maybe a video game dude could be a  cheater or whatever it happens in sports  too how many times if I heard people  yelling at a ref all the ref was paid  off and all this other shit you can't  you can't do that you can't do that with  a video and plot plus trust me  whenever someone cheats in video game  tournaments and stuff they're banned  they're gone if they figure out that  they've been cheating like wall  hacking aim-assist anything like that  they're out they're gone like their  reputation is down the drain no one  likes them anymore so it totally  works the same but anyway this is just  kind of been like a food for thought if  you have any rebuttals any other  opinions any other things that you want  to point out that could make them  similar or more different please.

No coffee breaks-work from home hurts office friendship

No coffee breaks or water cooler gossip – work from home is hurting office friendship and the team vibe

  • Remote work has changed the dynamics of the office friendship and Zoom calls are sometimes just not enough to catch up.
  • The biggest of companies – Google, Uber – have announced work from home until next year, while startups in India like Zomato and OYO are considering a hybrid workplace model.
  • A recent CISCO report shows that 64% of the surveyed professionals experienced challenges with the loss of informal kitchen or watercooler exchanges.

  • In the pre-Covid era, when Shayandril Sen, an advertising professional, needed a quick brainstorming session, the team would huddle up in a conference room and a great idea would be out in less than an hour. Now, it has been replaced by a series of Zoom calls with the most-repeated question being, “can you hear me?”
American standup comedian Jerry Seinfeld in his show complained about the number of times colleagues had to greet each other in the office but, one wonders, if he would change his mind post this pandemic. “Informal interaction is not as high because teams are remote. They don’t just happen to walk by each other to spark conversation,” said a recent CISCO report that showed that 64% of over 100 IT professionals surveyed miss these casual exchanges.
Meanwhile, in cases where employees changed jobs during the pandemic, their first interaction was over a video call, completely devoid of the personal touch that is crucial to building trust and camaraderie. “A lot of us who still have a job find ourselves working with a completely new team, which on a lot of occasions is extremely frustrating,” said a working professional who didn’t want to be named.
It’s not just the chilling and gossipping, the CISCO survey showed that sales employees miss the ‘togetherness’ on the floor.

The ‘new’ fun Friday – online pictionary and Bollywood guessing gamesCompanies are aware of the new challenges posed by WFH. That has led to casual Fridays have been replaced by weekly team events. “We have a Fun Friday connect on the last Friday of every month, where we have engaging games/activities to keep everyone engaged. Just recently, we played Pictionary and Bollywood quiz and we had a fun challenge to see who could put up the most wacky/crazy Bollywood poster as their virtual background,” said Lorita, an IT professional working in an audit and consulting firm.

Nearly months into the COVID-19 pandemic, giants like Google and Uber have already declared work from home (WFH) until next year. Startups in India like Zomato and OYO are already considering a hybrid workplace model, which includes a permanent work from home solution for a major chunk of the employees

Now, many workplace ‘besties’ are worried if their friendship will survive if the situation lasted any longer or, for that matter, forever.

More importantly, this new arrangement threatens many precious workplace relationships that are, often, key to getting things done.

Office FOMOLawyers, young doctors, journalists, and many more such professionals tend to make friends mostly within their community or offices. “As lawyers, since we spend most of our day in our office, our colleagues do become an integral part of our lives. While work from home is a necessity in the present times, office banter is definitely something that's missed. Amidst immense work pressure, at least you have a group of colleagues with whom one can take a short 'chai-sutta' break or a walk to just release the stress,” said Adishree Mishra, a lawyer at a top law firm.

Office pals are important in more ways than oneGone are those days, when cheeky responses and eye-rolls were shared across the cubicle to hide the spite for the boss. Now, people miss the quick gossip next to the water cooler and the catch up over coffee breaks that helped take their minds off work, even if it was for just a bit.

It’s even more important for ideas.“As with any creative professional, in the advertising industry, we vibe off each other while brainstorming,” Sen told Business Insider.

And, the time saved by not commuting to the office is not always efficiently used. “Digital brainstorms have literally become as the saying goes, ‘This meeting could have been an email’. We are suddenly holding way too many meetings and spending way too much time on things which were earlier one line briefs to the team,” according to Sen.

Interestingly, the most eager to join these sessions are those employees who used to shrug off such HR-led initiatives, like team-bonding activities, competitions etc. before the pandemic.

    India celebrates 73rd independence day

15th August is one of the most important day for Indian People. We are celebrating our 73rd independence day. On Independence Day the Prime Minister of India hoists the national flag at the Red Fort at Delhi (The capital of India) and delivers a speech from its rampart. He salutes the national Flag. The National Anthem sung. The Prime Minister also pays his tribute to leaders of the freedom struggle. Flag hoisting ceremony are also conducted by the local administration schools, collages and all over the country. On 15th August 1947, we got freedom from British rule. British ruled over India more than 200 years; during which they divided us and controlled us. It's more than 72 years now.
We are a free country. We have own government and freedom to do anything under the sun. But still, we are struggling with poverty, cast discrimination, gender inequality, terrorisms, child trafficking, corruption and what not. 74 years back, we had an excuse that foreign power ruled us; so we can't do anything. Later we are blamed governments, system and politics for slow growth and we keep blaming them today. But, we never look inward. We forgot that we also have a role to play. We are as citizen of India should garner as much knowledge as possible and make a great career. If we all do what we supposed to do, even that will help the nation. If we decided not to involve in malpractice and corruption, a lot of big problems in India will disappear. We, children, have a great power in our hands, forget the older generation. Let's not complain about them, let us hop on drivers seat and start this journey. If our generation ignores this opportunity how, we will able to recover from this loss. So, friends come out of the self-centered cocoon and think of all, do it for all. . .

Proud to be an Indian/Happy independence day

We are celebrate the 73rd Independence Day of our beloved country. Thousands of freedom fighters sacrificed their life and soul for the independence movement. Because of them, we are leaving in a secular, democratic nation where we can express ourselves, We can choose our leader and where we have the liberty of life. You might not like what i am going to say. I don't think, we are free. I don't believe that this country is independent. You might be thinking, I'm out of my mind, isn' it ? But let me tell you i am not. When there is rampant corruption, poverty, illiteracy, how we can say we are free and independent country ? We are still struggling with jobs, quality education, healthcare, politician and become part of the game. There are thousands of problem out there; childlabour, human trafficking, drugs, mafia so on and so forth, the list is never ending. Do you think, when our freedom fighters were fearlessly facing bullets, they saw a dream of this India ? I believe not. We don't appreciate what we got; we are wasting such a big apportunity to make India a great country. I think, now you will agree that we are not a free country in the real sense. In reality, there are prevalent independence threats from neighbouring countries or so called external terrorist states.
Presently, our leadership and security forces are equipped to handle these external threats. But, it is tough to tap down internal threats like about getting real independence, once again and again rather than understanding the problem lies within us many one of us is corrupt, voilent, undisciplined and unethical, in different percentages. Mafia, politicians, naxals, thieves etc., they all are come from same society, no one is born corrupt or known how to fire an AK47. If we are reckon that we, people, are the real problem then only we will have a chance to see a possible solution. I requesting everyone to take a pledge today that you  will improve yourself as a rational, sensitive disciplined citizen of India. Because only we, we will do that.
